Most of the time, those who are excelling in life are not the most intelligent people. But someone who is courageous.

And sometimes the right book comes to you when you need it the most. It seemed like fate that I could read “The Courage to be Disliked” by Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga. Wow, this book is just breathtaking. For me, it’s a game-changing.

In the captivating book “The Courage to Be Disliked,” Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga take readers on a paradigm-shifting philosophical journey about life, happiness, and courage. They discuss concepts derived from Adlerian philosophy, an idea taught by 19th-century psychologist Alfred Adler.

Even though the title implies that the book is about finding happiness, it tackles a variety of complicated, providing sharp and inspiring insights into how courage and responsibility can bring significant changes in our lives.

“Adlerian psychology is a psychology of courage.” — Ichiro Kishimi and Fumitake Koga
